Damage policy
What counts as damage?
Normal wear is OK. Missing accessories, cracked plastic, liquid exposure, or broken ports may result in a deduction from the deposit. Condition is documented at delivery and return.
No charge
Minor cosmetic wear, normal controller use, small scuffs.
May be charged
Missing cables, severe scratches, liquid exposure, lost controllers.
Deposit
How deposits work
Deposits are refundable and help protect inventory. Amount depends on device tier and package term. Long‑term customers may qualify for reduced deposits.
